Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days unless otherwise noted. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. Please allow additional time during holidays, launches, or high-volume periods. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $10. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping. 

Lux Nocturnal is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by shipping carriers. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sendword@luxnocturnal.net with your order number and photos of the damage. 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Lux Nocturnal is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
