Refund policy

At Lux Nocturnal, each piece is chosen with intention and care. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. 

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sendword@luxnocturnal.net with your order number and clear photos of the damage. If approved, a replacement, store credit, or refund may be issued at our discretion. 

Please note:

• Natural variations, inclusions, texture differences, and minor imperfections are part of the unique character of the crystals, stones, and handcrafted items. 

 

• Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.

 

• Lux Nocturnal is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once a package has been shipped.
